In my past, I've found plenty of listings that look ok, even have some other posts / reviews show up when you Google the number, and no issues with photos appearing to be stolen when reverse image searching. This one was no exception, everything looked good enough to contact, so I did. She got back to me quickly with rates and asked if I wanted to come meet her. And this is where shit goes downhill.

Just because an ad doesn't throw immediate red flags doesn't mean the girl pictured will be the one who shows up. I'm very clear, I'm not looking for nudes and I'm not a pic collector, but I want to make sure that the girl on the site is the one who shows up at my door. What I have found is that 100% of the time that a girl sends back a non-nude selfie posing the way I've asked (again, hand gestures, not anything provocative), they are the real deal and worth meeting. Every now and again, I get a girl who will say no, but there's enough info online that suggests she's real. In those situations, I've found that it's 50/50 whether or not you get what you saw in the ad.

Anyway, this girl doesn't just refuse to send pics, she loses her mind. Calls me every name in the book and says that her pics online are recent and accurate. Pointing out that anyone could post pics to an ad online was pointless as her comments started to sound more and more like she was a scammer. Again, experience told me that the ones who refuse politely are more likely to be on the better half of that 50/50 chance. That being the case, I blocked her number from my burner and moved on.

The point I'm making to the group here is that TOFTT doesn't mean we should go in blind. Decent providers know that we need to feel safe as much as they need to feel safe. Asking for proof that the pic is real is on par with providers asking us for our LinkedIn or office phone numbers. If a provider can't understand or respect that, it's time to move on.
