I guess I'm ignorant, but what's the difference between a UTR and a provider? Its not in the abbreviation section, and not really defined well in UD. (Under the radar).

All UTRs are Providers, but not all Providers are UTR. It's a question of how they get their clientele. Those that are considered Under The Radar would be available by word of mouth, so to speak, since they would not advertise publicly. Hope that clarifies.

For the size of Jacksonville your online availability for escorts is horrible. I always check here from time to time to see if there's anything new and it never gets better. I highly recommend staying out of there. Very well-known hooker / drug hangout. There are quite a few creeps hanging around too, especially once she gets her money.
