I guess I'm ignorant, but what's the difference between a UTR and a provider? Its not in the abbreviation section, and not really defined well in UD. (Under the radar).

All UTRs are Providers, but not all Providers are UTR. It's a question of how they get their clientele. Those that are considered Under The Radar would be available by word of mouth, so to speak, since they would not advertise publicly. Hope that clarifies.

A UTR is like a good Mechanic. Her work does the talking so she don't have to post on all these websites, she going to get hers regardless and repeat customers, so she good. A provider is like Pepboys or jiffylube, ads out the wazzu and charge you an arm and an leg for subpar services, usually giving dissapointing services if you go with the conventional way, or services you need yet you be breaking bank. For the size of Jacksonville your online availability for escorts is horrible. I always check here from time to time to see if there's anything new and it never gets better. I'm actually surprised you don't have a UTR active section because that has been my best luck with the Jax area. Between Jax and Gainesville there's a lotta hotties looking for some side action. I highly recommend staying out of there. Very well-known hooker / drug hangout. There are quite a few creeps hanging around too, especially once she gets her money. It's like they know when she has dates and when she's coming back. I typically did car meets. The reason I stopped seeing her was because her lower parts began to smell something awful.
