It is not RR. That would be like holding Fox2 responsible for Pizza Hut not honoring the special.

Many providers work on the hour, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00, etc. Getting off schedule would mean losing a time slot. With a limited work day, you lost out, probably to a regular. I would suggest trying her again the next time you feel the urge. She is well worth the money. Maybe remind her you got bumped the last time you called.

It happens all the time, and it's not related to the site you find them on. Most often in my experience when I'm stood up or the girl goes silent, it means she had a better offer. Or some of them that have a habit will literally fall asleep while you are texting or when you were supposed to meet.
