Grain 56 is correct there really is no perfect time as these girls don't stick to a schedule. What can change are the hot spots. The 40's and mall area are good but in between them stop and check out the Walmart near Oakridge and even behind it on Rio Grand. You may also find a few walking on that side street Wakulla next to the WM. Just be aware of your surroundings because LE has been paying attention to that area as well. I even ran into one last night near Consulate south of Landstreet. That area used to be packed then dried up for the most part. There is not any one opportune time to be out on The Trail. The girls come and go all day everyday. There is no rhyme or reason to the abundance or destitute of SWs. I have seen 20+ out at times and 0 out at others. No one area is best, no certain time is best, it's all a crap shoot. I personally will usually have the best luck just after dark or after 11 pm or very early in the morning just after dawn. But I have literally had luck at 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Rain usually slows it down BUT if you can catch one just before a heavy rain, you can practically do whatever you want right out in the open. Rain hides a lot. Just after the rain can make several sprout from their shelters as they need candy. Cold weather can slow it down as can extreme heat, but it's not always that way. I am sure I am not the only one who has had success in all kinds of weather and conditions.
