You'll need one of the two, and possibly both if they tighten things up further, to confirm your "identity" if you get caught up in their automatic fraud detection.

I think it just comes down to supply and demand too.

There are scammers on Seeking who will threaten you if you don't send them extortion money. The scammers do this in different ways. If you run into this don't worry about it but you can report it to Seeking and they will take care of it. Here's a fun fact. Seeking does send the law to track these people down once they get their IP address if somebody does report them for extortion. Even if they are in some foreign country.

The prepaid vanilla one cards work. Sometimes you need to register the card with vanilla (if site rejects it) wait 30 min after registering the card and it should work.
