I am from out of town and I have been trying to decode the areas to look at. This city sucks for street names. There are at least 4 4th streets, and many triangles. I went out driving yesterday and could not easily locate possible areas bases on the descriptions provided. How can I understand the street code?. Where in Clearwater, St. Peats etc are OK spots to look around.

I find from midnight to 6 am is the best time and less stings and cops. The girls are trying to hit the bar crowd and avoid the cops to. Plus I like to avoid the morning work crowd and all the traffic. You can run any of the main roads to get lucky or even get a lady who is mad at her man from the bar and just wants to get right.

Historically there is VERY limited action on the streets at 3 AM.

I would consider strolling at the 6 A to noon times. This is when the action is greater and the stings are usually run.

On an added note, I ran into Rebecca / Becca on 34th street. US 19 at 3 AM as she left her location for greener pastures.

Scooped her up at the Sam's Club and took her to my spot. . 4 got me a CBJ that was decent overall. She was very particular on taking care of the boys so she lost points there.

She gave me digits to share with Sr Members.

Becca used to roam 4th Street from 54th Ave and to 83rd Ave.

She has put on much needed weight and I will repeat for all action for. 6.

Get a good scanner, and when you approach the decoy it locks on misspiggy talking, you don't even need to roll down the window. Risky if they get into your car but worth the investment.

After rush hour, all disappeared and no marked cars in sight. Saw 4 uniformed officers with no patrol cars in sight, standing in the parking lot of Big Lots not too far away talking to a white female mid to late 30's. Didn't recognze her, might have been one of their decoys. No SW's anywhere in sight. They were out in Lealman. But nothing worth picking up.

Be careful out there. Seems as if they are on task here lately!

I usually don't talk to them at all. I don't even roll down the window unless I want to get a better look. I just give them a quick glance, a smile, and stop. If they're too stupid to just open my door and get in on their own, I pass -- unless I REALLY want this particular girl. Then if she's a little hesitant, I'll do the "do you need a ride" thing.

Also, if I'm not absolutely sure I want to scoop, I start with the doors locked. The first time she pulls the handle and it doesn't work, she'll usually look in the window at you. At that point, I decide whether to unlock the door or drive off.

If she goes out of her way to not let you see her face, drive off! She might either be a tranny or a girl who's uglier than a tranny or no teeth or some other reason you wouldn't want her to get in your car.

I generally keep my doors locked until the very last second.

She's about 5/5" 110 lbs not pale not tan shoulder length straight hair very young looking possibly early 20's nice small arse usually wearing booty shorts or yoga pants walks between 30th ave and 38th ave on 33rd st. She wanted to be dropped off at 28th st and 38th ave though.

And, how do I know I was talking to a cop? Well, not 20 minutes later the whole place where I was parked was lit up like a Christmas tree as I drove by again. Someone else had taken the bait.

There's another way to know what's going on.
