Bay Area guys let providers know that they are not cool with $250 and up. Due to rising costs, providers in BA had to increase $20 which took some time for BA guys to accept. For whatever reason, LA guys think it is cool to spend higher and even give tips to providers. Bay Area have more regular clients than LA (they prefer to spend less each sessions but more often) and providers feel their income is more guaranteed there vs LA hence more providers in BA than LA.
