Sorry to hear. I was active here 6 years ago under a different handle, when I was pinched. I don't play in the hobby anymore, but enjoy reading the board. I was given a citation in Rutherford. I went to court and was offered pretrial diversion, 6 months probation, 80 hours of community service and if I didn't have any other troubles it would be expunged in a year. It was expensive and never hit my record. I have a professional license and have had several deep background checks and all good.
