As others have mentioned, if you're looking for a hot young Asian that is reliable and GFE, your best (and only) option is Tysons. What do you mean by dry? I've had quite a few great experiences lately (non-Asian). When you say Asian agencies by us, are you referring to the ones around BWI? If so, the answer is yes.
