Is J not seeing any new clients, or is he / she known to blacklist people? I have plenty of positive referrals from several sources, but every time I try to book with Rebecca or Cari all I get are crickets. Have been trying to book with them for years.

Ellie was fun and to my mind way way better than Olive and Katie. From texting M today however I got the info that Ellie is no longer there. Ellie was appropriate for this blog on the BBFS and cip aspect. Of course, YMMV. Hopefully she may return.
