Ceenote reports that the place is open. I was just there on 1/3. I think the reason for Yelp's closed info is in reference to the prior business name of Angel Touch. The large lighted sign in the front yard shows the current business name is Asian Body Work.

Just called them they answered the phone and said they were open.

There are two in that area that I've used and continue to use quite regularly. On 42 next to the UPS store behind Burger King (intersection of 42/ Weaver / Hopeful) and one in Burlington others have referenced here.
