Try and be prepared for some flake. You can try non-peak hours like morning and early afternoon. That way you're less likely to be competing with another guy who gets there first to see her or one of the others that live there. With the ones who are flakier I also tend to only go if I can actually speak to them on the phone or I'll text I'm at the light when I'm really 10-15 away. That way if I haven't heard from them when I get there or am close I just leave instead of waiting in the parking lot.
