Bottom lines are terrible communication, the worst in-call locations ever, which along with her friends pose a serious safety issue for any "unknown" visitor. Unfortunately I must strongly recommend stay away.

I was checking Uncle Hamilton's vacation destination list looking for someone else, but saw that Unique is currently a guest. In addition to the substance abuse problems that you already know are present it looks like she is also a violent little thing.
