What astounds me is that she still can get her periods on the junk. Report ad to stg probably won't do anything but you never know as they are sensitive to illegal activity coming back at them, plus if they ban her IP address that has good consequences. Also do anonymous call to LE, you never know they might take action, or at least let her know they on to her.
