Earlier this fall I was supposed to take a trip to the Harrisburg area, a trip cancelled at the last minute. I perused a number of ads prior to my scheduled departure and came across several warnings that cops were cracking down. I wasn't aware until I saw this ad that the crackdown could possibly extend beyond Pennsylvania. Or else it could simply be someone trying to discourage mongering. It's worth noting that it was election season at the time I saw the warnings in Pennsylvania.

Most counties in Virginia will elect local officials next year, including supervisors, sheriffs and Commonwealth's Attorneys, so don't be surprised if providers and mongers are targeted as we get closer to the primaries and the general election. We must always be careful. In the meantime let's hope elected officials and the courts finally put an end to criminalizing consenting adults behavior when an exchange of money is involved. It's frankly none of their damn business.
