For the most part I've always found shops that were legit or offered only HJ charging 60 while places that offered more charged 70. Now I find more places, even legit places, charging 70.

Might be because Waverly is FS and High is not? Or the high cost of a table shower LOL. But geez with that extra dough can't you get rid of the smell?
