I've had a couple of experiences with her and she wasn't THAT bad. I wouldn't recommend her, mind you, but she was a sweet girl. She didn't have a bad attitude with me-didn't upsell-but the service wasn't one of those through the roof great experiences I wish to repeat regularly.
