I used a Visa Debit Gift Card. They come with denominations of 50, 100, etc. You can get them at CVS, Walmart, Target, you know. Once you get it you need to sign them up. Use a fake name address. It worked a few weeks ago for me unless they figured this scam out since then.

They were 4 charges at a department store less than an hour after my SA purchase. Either it was a fluke or a very weird coincidence but I had not had a scam charge for over a year and had not traveled in the last 6 months. I'm pretty sure that SA would be concidered a less reputable service so my first thoughts that it was related to that SA charge. It's been a year since I was hacked and I never renewed my subscription so I'd say that is where it came from. I wasn't liable for the purchases but it was a hassle.
