I used a Visa Debit Gift Card. They come with denominations of 50, 100, etc. You can get them at CVS, Walmart, Target, you know. Once you get it you need to sign them up. Use a fake name address. It worked a few weeks ago for me unless they figured this scam out since then.

Posts: 650I did buy a prepaid and was unable to use it. I contacted them directly and was told prepaid is not an option. What now?? They seemed disinterested in offering that service.

From what I have been told by a couple of friends who are on there that they could not pay with pre paid cards anymore on Seeking now?
How do you use one if they don't let you? Is there a a secret card to use or way to use it?

Always buy a prepaid cc. If it cost $100 and you spend $89 only, don't you think it is worth it? You can always spend the extra $11 on gas or they can hack you for $11 bucks. Who cares.

More accurately, buy a prepaid for $89.

Posts: 650They were 4 charges at a department store less than an hour after my SA purchase. Either it was a fluke or a very weird coincidence but I had not had a scam charge for over a year and had not traveled in the last 6 months. I'm pretty sure that SA would be concidered a less reputable service so my first thoughts that it was related to that SA charge. It's been a year since I was hacked and I never renewed my subscription so I'd say that is where it came from. I wasn't liable for the purchases but it was a hassle.

Don't use your cc for this. Buy a prepaid cc for $100 and they can not charge you again. Cannot be traced and if you do not want to sign up again, you lose nothing.

What did the hacker charge? Are you saying they charged you for an additional membership on SA?
Or did they start charging you for item purchases elsewhere? What connected them to SA, timing??

Posts: 650My CC got hacked within an hour of signing up for the service. Fortunately I have alerts on the CC and got it cancelled right away. Very sketchy but I was unable to sign up with a prepaid card. I have not renewed since my trial expired. SA told me they understand my concern but oh well.

Wow can't believe how much prices went up since craigslist. She used to do incalls at her place earlier this year for $ everything included.

You can terminate after each time you pay, so as to take it off auto-pay, which I have done. Or after a few months of auto payment.
You click on your pic in the upper right corner once you have signed into SA.
Click on settings. On the left side of the settings page, click on payments.
Then click on "Cancel AutoPay" appearing next to "Payments" in the middle of the page, and you are done. It confirms that you have cancelled autopay.
No Shenanigans or Tomfoolery!
