Scary stuff! Just to be clear, can one get busted only for trying to pick up an undercover LEO lady? Or can you also be busted for say picking up Barbie or one of the well known SW's? I mean they have no proof in the latter case but just wanted to make sure what the deal is.

You can"t be arrested for talking to or offering a decoy a ride. It crosses into illegal territory when a specific act is assigned a price. Which is why you never do that through the window. Furthermore they often need to show intent to follow through which is often why decoys will direct you to a a different spot "where they will get in". This is so in court there would be no doubt you intended to go through with it.

Now if you get seen with a "known" girl they might pull you over to harass you and look for contraband or try to get you to admit why you are with her. But if they don"t find anything and you keep your mouth shut, it's a free country you can give rides to anybody you want.

I should note I am not a lawyer and got this info from an episode of Cops where they were running a sting but should hold true in most jurisdictions.

I got pulled over twice last year. First time I was hunting in Nashville. LEO said I rolled a stop sign. I don't remember if I actually did or not but it was weird he kept asking me questions about where I was headed and why go through this area. I told him I was headed home and that's it. He clearly didn't believe me but that's all I gave him. Told me to be careful in this area and stop for every sign.

Second time I had picked up a girl just off Lancaster and headed to one of my spots. Said he pulled me over because my lights were too dim. LEO separates us but I told him I was giving her a ride to the mall which is perfectly legal. Never saw that girl again.

In either case they'll ask you the same question multiple times in different ways. You may even get a "so you're sticking with that?" Yes I am, never change your story. You're headed home or giving her a ride. The moment you see the lights make sure to get on the same page with her because you'll get separated. As for female LEO they won't get in your car.

In both cases I left the area without getting any so I guess that was a win on their part but I gave them nothing to take me in.

They direct you to a different spot for two reasons.

1) It helps the decoy stay anonymous.

2) By going to a different spot it bumps it up to a more severe charge.

796.07 (2)(e) For a person 18 years of age or older to offer to commit, or to commit, or to engage in, prostitution, lewdness, or assignation.

796.07 (2)(f) To solicit, induce, entice, or procure another to commit prostitution, lewdness, or assignation.

My moving to a new location they can bump it up to the (2)(f). That's a first degree misdemeanor instead of a second degree misdemeanor. The real problem is that once you have a (2)(f) they will bump it up to a felony if you have a second prostitution arrest and they remove any options for pretrial intervention.

For a monger getting the (2)(f) you could be looking at your car being impounded for 60 days and $5000 in fines.

Was trolling obt looking for some help this morning. Came across this 30 spinner. Nice body and is amazing. She was very eas6 to communicate with on $ and doing car date.
