Always better to call. The place tends to be busy and Vicky sometimes steps out to perform chores. The only unprofessional aspect of this shop is they won't answer the phone when all hands are massaging, and they don't have voice mail. So it happens at times you won't get an answer. They may call back numbers shown on CallerID but call them back on the hour or half hour if they don't call. Vicky will accept a walk-in if she's clear. Be prepared as a 1st time customer to be regarded with some paranoia as the shop has been dealing with LE harassment and shutdowns over the last year. Too bad. That doesn't sound great. What I used to like about Lion's was that if you signed up for an hour you could relax in the hot tub before the massage, and that it was a real massage for about 40 minutes or so. Hopefully at least this location doesn't have an afterschool tutoring center downstairs like the last interim spot.
