Thanks All. I actually tried to delete my post once I realized that nearly all of the "Online" members had Dec 2 as their last active date. So, I figured it must be the SA servers. Originally, I was just curious if there were a bunch of offshore scammers posing as actual members.

SA uses GMT, if it's off by a day like that it means they're active after 7/8 pm depending on daylight savings time.

I think it's the time zone of this server, which is Netherlands, GMT+1.
