Angel and the others similar independents I have seen have an all inclusive fee. YGND / PLM has a base fee and some of the girls have a fee for extras. Extras, additional services, tip call it what you will, but they will explain it to you.

AMPs have a house fee. Chances are your actual masseuse sees little if any of that money. Most expect a tip at the end but will not name a price. Some will say "More" or something to that effect.
