No, more like 180. Most healthy women can be 120-130 and not BMI overweight. I can be 155 and not be bmi overweight, but at 155 I got me a significant pot belly lmfao. At 130 I have a 28 inch waist, but that shit ain't sustainable. so yeah, 100 lb spinner is not my base reference.
