It's on 2 IP addresses, so 2 servers, that might explain some inconsistency. Which one you connect to is dependent on a bunch of things that are partly unknowable. And last night when it was down hard, it was on one IP address, which was different from the 2 it's on today.

I've spent most of the afternoon saving favorite pages to my hard drive. I really thought it was gone for good last night.
