Following Sesta / Fosta, since some sites, such as The oThER site, began blocking US access to their site having an IP address from say Java, which where I apparently currently reside, will give you access to those sites.

Since Listcrawler has been up and down recently for US browsers, but not with a foreign address I'm curious if they may be testing code to do the same thing.
