Few weeks ago, was supposed to see Deanna (Blanding /295) and drove all the way over to OP. I get there and she flaked with comms going spotty and then saw cops pulling into the motel. My comments on the numbers
So, I've seen plenty of (quality) providers' messages. 300 texts a day is manageable, even for a busy girl. Why?
Well, a ton of them are "Hi" or "Hello" or "Is this X?" (that last one is funniest when they get the name wrong) - a simple "hi" back drops the response rate to about 50%.
A bunch more are "available?" - most of these are queries about QV's, and a very large percentage of them try to negotiate down to SW prices.
Some of them are immediate red flags to ignore. The "what's up? Or "you party?" or "do you like it in the ass?" So, immediate number block.
There are the guys that think she's someplace she's not. Especially if she's travelled / done tours.
So, 200 out of the 300 messages can be dismissed / handled within a matter of a few seconds, leaving about 100 that take a bit more time to process.
Out of those, some are looking for something that's not available. Too far away incall, girl in hotel (guy doesn't do hotel incalls), girl in house (guy doesn't trust houses, only hotels), guy wants outcall (girl only does incalls, outcall too far away), guy wants car date (girl doesn't do car dates), whatever. Ok, 20 more gone. 80 to go.
The chronic negotiators. Guy asks for donations, girl gives it to him, guy asks for a discount, girl either gives an acceptable discount amount from her standpoint or stands firm. Guy doesn't agree, tries to keep negotiating. Another 15 gone. 65 left.
The comms dark. After some initial inquiry, for no apparent reason, guy stops responding - wife walked into the room, monger phone ran out of battery, donations too high, another girl agreed to meet up, who knows? They just stop saying anything. Another 35 gone. 30 left.
The easy regulars. "Hey - can we meet up again for a noon tomorrow for a hh?"/ "See you at our regular time on Thursday?" She checks schedule, lets him know she's available. Minute tops. Say 5-10 of these. I'll say 10 just to make it easier. 20 left.
The chronic chatters. They don't want to schedule a session. They want an online friend they can talk to, and will forever chew up her time if she lets them. Say 5 a day - getting to recognize one of these guys early seems to be key to decent time management. 15 left. Oh, and this includes the guys who clearly just want to jerk off while chatting, and have no intention of actually having a dream.
Out of preferences. Some girls don't see AA, some don't see guys too young, some don't see guys too old, some don't see guys unless they're willing to have their DNA sequenced after inviting the girl to visit the guy's place of employment and meet his parents. Whatever. Say 5 of these. 10 left.
Ok, so of the 10 left, there's trying to set up a mutually agreeable time and place. Some girls want "only call when you're ready", and some more established girls want to set something up at least a few hours in advance, and some want a few days in advance. Out of these last 10, which take 5-15 minutes to deal with, depending, there are the clients that actually set up a dream.
I've seen, personally, this range from 0 to 20 dreams set up on a given day. About 20-25% or so no-show with no warning, and another 15-20% cancel, depending on the phase of the moon.
I've never dealt with the girls that double (or more) book their appts, but there are plenty out there - they're also much more likely to have a pimp leaning on them for quick turnover and high volume in exchange for candy.
Obviously, this is just my personal experience, but I've always been a numbers guy (and I've always been inquisitive), so this is just some rough idea of what I've seen from the providers who were comfortable sharing this type of stuff with me. I'm sure every girls's circumstance is different, and I'm not saying this is fully representative of everyone - I just have seen this info first hand.

I've never seen a provider that was so busy I couldn't see her. Sure the first try or two, even three, might not work out but eventually I would get to see them. I've found that contacting them during the day sometimes works for some of the more popular providers. Also you must be able to react quickly once the gun goes off, don't contact them unless your ready to see them, contacting them hoping to set something up for hours later few hours will only lead to frustration on your part. These ladies operate strictly on a first come first serve basis and why wouldn't they, the amount of no shows and flakes they have to deal with I'm sure is a pain and they tend to lump everyone together until they've seen you a time or two. In this way their like most typical sales people, a bird in the hand is better than two in the Bush.
I tend to follow a couple rules that work for me. First, once contact has been established via text and the particulars of the visit discussed, donation, location, time, etc, I call them before I head their way to make sure they are ready for me. Only once I've spoken to them in person by phone do I leave my location, also at this time I ask them if I can pick them up a pack of cigarettes. This especailly holds true for first time encounters and it always seems to work, nicotine seems to be a very good motivator! Also if I've had a particularly hard time seeing a provider that has me interested I not typically negotiate on the price much. I'll save that for the second encounter if there happens to be one.
