The 130/160 rate is a clear indication of an Asian Crapshoot Ad as they all, or almost all, use that rate structure. I have yet to see a true indie post those rates. Usually an indie provider with a 130 hh rate will charge 200-250 for the hr. And one who charges 160 for the hr will charge 80-100 for the hh.

About the blondes, I haven't seen either but I've noticed their ads always appear together or are posted within a short time if each other.
