This is likely not the right forum but thought I would reach out. I am active in the seeking community and have 2-3 SB's on rotation at any one time. It can be a treasure trove but truthfully the best ones are the ones who left the site but I have remained in contact with. Always a tad disheartened if I see one I like appear in a report here. Anyways.

My current situation requires me to rent a hotel room to host. At an average of 2 times a week at an average hotel rate of 150-250, I am wasting 1. 2 to 2 k a month in sunk hotel costs. I doubt I am the only one? I am looking forward to the winter months as hotel rates are a lot cheaper but this summer has been rather stupid.

Why do I mention this.

My thoughts are we would use it ourselves 4 nights during the week and VRBO it for 3 day weekends. If it doesn't rent, free reign for us. If it does, bonus income. I am willing and able to commit to more for the right place.

Essentially I am seeking a SD partner. I am able to purchase a place on my own but it is not what I would like for a SD / SB rendezvous.

Sorry, I'm back now. I completely changed my profile and location to Miami and then put it on boost. I had about 40-50 responses and narrowed it down to four people (as I was only there 6 days). I had a great time.

Well, the second SB I was seeing is no more, I was actually seeing 2 SB at the same time, first started seeing someone at her work and is now serious with him.
