I've been to both providers in the building. Not much to choose from as they are pretty similar. If I had to pick one, I would turn to the right at the top of the stairs and go to door 216. MM, About Eastern. Unfortunately sounds like a case of YMMV, because although inconsistent, there is definitely an extras menu there. About 141, I found it depends on who you get and when. Not a slam dunk on premium extras, but, on occasion you can get some decent action.

If going to only get a HJ, listen to the other monger postings about that city, and go to those couple of places like 1060. There are also the readily available FS places in the city, but, the quality of provider looks and personality is on the low end of the spectrum.
