After posting my negative review, I got a PM from Nikki claiming that the people I saw were her neighbors, and she vouches for My lee. Had I received this PM from anyone other than Nikki I would have called BS. However it does not explain my phone blowing up. Nikki has a reputation for honesty, so I am struggling with this one.
