Vanilla cards are the rare few that you can take and fund a prepaid debit card with. So your holding an empty card and she has already taken the funds.

But if your interested in that provider, it's worth pursuing, just don't give her the numbers off the card or send a pic of it ahead of time.

BTL, Thanks for the warning and sorry it happened to you. You might want to repost this in the Rip-Off Reports as it will get buried and forgotten here. Could you also provide more details as to where it happened and time? How do you know she had a pimp, is that who you paid? The more details you can provide the better chance we have of avoiding this type of situation.
