The rate discussion has been had numerous times on this board. I'm with you. I'm not overpaying the going rate for some dope fiend. A couple of weeks ago I was passing by Busy Bee and saw Chelsea standing there looking a little disheveled. I stopped to talk to her and see what was going on.
