The rate discussion has been had numerous times on this board. I'm with you. I'm not overpaying the going rate for some dope fiend. I ain't abusing them and putting out cigarettes on their ass like a previous post mentioned, but I ain't idolizing either. At the end of the day, it boils down to the person. A couple of weeks ago I was passing by Busy Bee and saw Chelsea standing there looking a little disheveled. I stopped to talk to her and see what was going on.
