As always YMMV, but recent history at Top V in Norcross on Buford Hwy has a strong overall lineup in terms of attractiveness and good service. Around what time of day did you go to the great Wall when it was that slow. Everytime I been it's been busy it would be nice to go on a day when it's slow.
