Yes, what happened was a real tragedy. I dealt with SS for some time and thought it was one of the best and most reliable agencies I ever worked with. When Bobbi's husband had his very unfortunate health problem things sadly came to an end. They set a high bar for how things should be done, and I expect others besides me miss them.
