Resizing them is a bandwidth issue. You don't pay for the use of this forum and we get charged for the bandwidth. Due to the competitive nature of the cell phone business the cameras on todays cell phones take pictures that have large file size, if we didn't put a cap on the size of a photo the bandwidth charges would end us in a month or two.

As to the PM's, there's a reason for that. We used to do it, it was abused in about the worst way imaginable so we had to turn it off.
