I wondered the same thing. I assume they are posted by LEO, which shows you how actively they are monitoring the sites. I'm not sure what they expect. If a monger tried to let them know where the girl is, I can't imagine them not wanting to question the monger. Maybe there is an anonymous tip line that could be used?
