Milana does that a lot to people she hasn't met before or doesn't remember. I think she prioritizes regulars and because she's overly cautious. Still not right though.

I think also. If you consider the entire context. That she has been overwhelmed by calls since her posts. Keep in mind that she was "missing" for a significant amount of time.
