Great question. I knew a guy who always brought the lady chocolates or roses on top of a tip. But, I think he gave these things because he thought he would get some kind of extra treatment. That is a no-no. It sets a bad precedent. I guess I don't see the point at any price point if she is an independent. If she works for an agency, she is making 40-50% of that rate. What is your experience, do you always carry cover? Do you worry about them being found?

Buy a three pack, if you don't use them leave them as a "tip". Many gas stations sell singles, get one and if you don't use it toss it when you leave or just leave it on the dresser when you're done. Those few dollars lost on the purchase cost less than the scam that just got pulled on you and much less than a divorce.
