I am usually only able to play in the mornings or early afternoons, So my question is, do any of you have suggestions on the easiest places to book with early check ins? Do you ever make an arrangement with a hotel, I. E. Only need room for a few hours and I'll pay cash flat fee, any tips appreciated.

I'm in your same situation. I use Booking.com and book a mid level property (Country Inn or Wyndham) with a checkin of like 10:00 AM and free cancellation til 4:00 PM that day. In case I have to cancel last minute. I've become a regular at a couple of properties. Sometimes they'll tell me there aren't any rooms available. Tell them you'll take any type of room, and usually they'll find something. Usually works for me. I did have one first time property say they had a hard checkin of 3:00. They wouldn't budge. So I had to walk away and cancel that one.

Best alternative I've found so far. And it usually works for me. I'm sure open to other alternatives. Stay safe!
