Yeah but while the article says "Every Friday night, Shotwell Street in San Francisco's Mission District is lined with prostitutes and their pimps" - the Streetwalker Reports thread for San Francisco is utterly, utterly dead. So I'm not sure what that means.

Remember the Belvidere busts? The news reports said it was an 8 month investigation (or something like that) with multiple visits. Either it was entrapment because it took them months of visits to finally get them to cross the line, or they had their evidence early on but didn't want to end the investigation just yet. Need more visits to confirm sex acts are going on. Many HJs later.
