What used to be "Conkling" is most of the time just that small stretch from Baltimore st down to Rt40. Sometimes you'll find some near the church between Highlandtown and Baltimore st but far fewer and far less often than down towards the BP. Same with side streets. Used to see more on the main drag and a couple on side streets but now almost none on side streets and few on the main drag.

On one hand 24/7 on the other it's really hit or miss during daylight hours. Late afternoon after quitting time and early night seem to be the most busy but I haven't seen it during over night hours in a while so I can't tell you much about that.

These girls are mostly hitting bottom. A lot of SWs have moved online or on phone and those left on the street aren't doing too well.

LE seems to be aggressive at times and not around at others. When you see them move on because they're serious when they're on SW duty as far as I can see.

Used to be a bigger area. Then it was dead. Now it is alive but very scruffy.
