I ubered to a massage place close to the Rio mama San quoted me 70 on the phone but tried to strong arm 170 out of me for 30 minutes I nicely replied F you and left without service I get that they view tourists as a penny a dozen but a little service would have had me back everyday no I'll never go back and I visit about 6-8 times a year.
