She could also try to social engineer you, for example by waiting a couple of weeks and setting up a dummy account, make a few posts to get senior status, and then perhaps message you (maybe asking about a review), gaining trust, and eventually trying to get enough info to identify you.

That's how identity thieves work: one puzzle piece at a time.
