I don't have any specific recommendations for you, but you might want to search for providers in either Lombard / Downers Grove / Oak Brook or Schaumburg / Elk Grove. Those are the two hotspots around the west / nw burbs.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brooke Logan around 5 or 6 years ago near O'Hare. Back then her donation was $3.
