Guys, can someone please tell me the definition of UTR? I am not trying to sound dumb though! But I rather know what it stands for and it's meaning.

So was browsing EB and noticed Tiff had a post up: link here. Going off her past ads, the digits listed match up with the ones from last year: list of ads. The latest one also included a link to her video from these boards, so she (or whoever helped her post it) has been here too. With that said, just want to echo MR and say for you all to be careful out there.

After seeing all of the raves and rants about this Tiff The Gift. I decided to hit her digits tonite and we ended up hooking up. Like Klove predicted she is working off the phone which is safer for me anyway. I picked her up off of Smallwood and resumed to a normal spot of hers. She looked pretty good with a greeted smile, perfume, nice yoga pants a black top and a good attitude. She said we could go to her home but I was not in the mood to watch my 6 while her place was on a dark block. We chatted a bit to break ice and went and did the biz. Damage was. 4 and her mic skills were pretty good starting off BBBJ then to CFS and I mean she was tight but wet. She is on the skinny side but kinda fit so I liked that. Didn't really see any signs of marks because it was dark but she was a good sport. I will def repeat when I am in that area probably one of my top 3 go to girls for now.

I went to visit Mary Cate a couple of days ago, but she did not answer her phone or her door. I drove around a bit and saw several WSWs and BSWs, but nothing clean. I saw one WSW in a sundress that I almost scooped up, but she did not pass the sniff test. I am slowly moving away from SWs as we all prefer UTRs. On my way out, I saw one TGTBT walking with a purpose and an umbrella, so I waved and pulled over. Her name was Brandy. She is not an UTR, but she looked very clean. Tall brunette with nice curves. As I drop her off, she accidentally drops her stuff in my cabin. I was not happy about this mistake, so I made her search my truck thoroughly with flashlights. I probably will not see her again due to that, but that is a shame because she was great otherwise.

Trying to steer clear of the Conk since it's the new feel-good cause for the politicians, but I still have to use the street to get in between jobsites. 10 minutes ago, at least 7 WSWS in 3 blocks, most of whom looked pretty good. Shitty Gabby currently sitting at BP station. Avoid that one, brothers.

Yes. 6-7 years back she was just homeless then got into the game. We got attached back then and reconnected again last year after a series of events in her life.
Got married, had another kid, getting divorced, hooked on whatever again, stripping, then back to street.
She had mad scars on her arms which she kept covered, and was definitely borderline, trying to outrun a dealer she ripped off.
Apparently she tried to rob a dealer at a hotel for some money & drugs and got caught by BCPD. Then had to prove drugs weren't hers.
Dealer wasn't going to let it go though; hence the hide on the Westside.
She was maybe 100 lbs when she left again, got hooked up with another fella, left the state, then apparently got engaged again.
Back and forth with court again.
We had a lot of fun, but even the prettiest girls have way too much drama attached to them.
I would definitely hit again, throat skills were exceptional (we practiced a lot). Wish her best luck out there. Hope she doesn't become a casualty.
Found more stuff on a couple hard drives.
May share when possible.

I was driving around late last night in CB because that is new territory for me. I chatted with a short brown haired girl with great legs named Casey. I RTFF and saw there are a few there by that name. She was very cute and seemed very sweet. As I swung back around I saw her talking to a very attractive blond with nice legs that looked TGTBT so I bolted. She was heavier but not fat. Casey had a flat chest and slender.

Any info about these two is appreciated. This is new territory for me and don't want topics up ULE!

Couldn't figure out how to edit my post so adding to it. I came back when it was getting light and the blond was not TGTBT in the light but still very attractive. More girl next door. Long curlyish blond hair she kept fussing with.

And I saw them both jumping a truck or van together. They hang out together so I guess a monger got a double.

Healthiest looking B'more SW since the original photos of Kiara by CLS. Best video in a long time. She looked like a fun girl, she was talking and rolling with whatever you threw at her. A top five effort.

This was from last year. She always was pretty, but was definitely down from her form of 6-7 years ago. A lot of drug damage.

Yeah Tiff is still around. I spoke to her the other night. She hangs between Payson and Pulaski sts. She went back to S. Carolina a while back for a minute, but came back to the "black hole" (the W / w). I don't know if she's using her real name or is she still using Tiffany, her street name. I don't see her as much which makes me think that she is working off her phone, but she's definitely back. Peace.

Point taken on her being a pain in the ass, so no need to be helpful to her. Last time I picked her up (quite a long while ago) she was walking down Wilkins. Wasn't an issue for me, but it was a quick pickup / dropoff kind of situation.

I did my first Baltimroe SW pick up of Amber today and other than the fact she's all picked and scabby, I had a good time. I dropped her off after and had no trouble. I wish I'd seen her before her teef got so fucked up she looks like she was cute once. I guess I got lucky no drama. But I feel real dirty now LOL.

I think you're spot on. Combine that with a huge substance abuse problem and you're playing with fire. I had a difficult enough time getting her to leave my vehicle. I think she may expect payment to do so. I can't imagine what it would be like letting her in my house. Sadly this one needs help you know she'll never seek.

I had a similar story with this one harlot when I was in FL, she wanted. 4 more for CIP, and we got into a huge argument, with her swiping my phone, and running off with it, chasing after her made a scene, retrieving it made a scene, nutzoid chicks like this are to be avoided as if the have leprosy in my opinion.

...and just as a footnote, any provided that is in the business of stealing is an immediate disqualifier, I don't care how pretty she is, or if she has skills.
