I went to see Sara about three weeks ago, wonderful. Just as everyone has said. TS is great, massage was great as well. She worked some tight muscles, very strong hands. She also works the massage as a great tease; slowly getting on your back and purposely moving around. The place is very nice, especially room 1. It's huge has a table, two chairs a small table and credenza. It's like a parlor in an old house. I didn't mind the no cradle for your head, but she gave me a cradle for my feet as I was face down to lift them of the table. The ST has got to be the best, it is very light and she like to roam. The finish was great, light touch on that drove me crazy. This was $. 6.

After that All I could do was think about her, went back Monday after a bad weekend, and a sore back. She worked my shoulders hard, walk on back was great. She actually popped by back and my shoulders, I felt great even before the ST. This time I got the full show, as she gave me a CBJ. She has smooth skin, very nice body. $. 8 gave her some extra. She was asking questions about other places. I just answered and told her she is the best. She asked me to tell friends.

So I was on board yesterday, reading the posts, saw this one again and just had to. Went back last night, after a quick TS and 5-10 minute rubdown. I got a 35 minute ST, with B2 B. I was hurting for flip and ended with a 10 minute BBBJ. Funny part was as I was getting dressed she asked if I was LE. I told her no, it thought it was funny to ask after. One note on the parking, there is a lot of activity around the 5 - 6 time frame, people leaving, standing out side other buildings for a smoke, I just parked on the side (kind of a circular driveway) and walked in that way.

Only thing I would like to find now is a good Nuru.

I'd like to add my voice to make this a full-on Barbershop Quartet singing the praises of Sara. She's an amazing woman with a beautiful face, nice shoulder length hair, and a firm, rockin' body. Barnie appears to be a one K-girl shop. So if the phone rings or someone comes to the door, Sara's it. The spa is in a strip mall setting on Backlick Rd. In Annandale or Springfield, I'm not quite sure which one. Details: Plenty of parking in an off-street lot. Foyer with a doorbell inside the outside door. Very nice and clean inside. Smells fresh. Clean linens. Comfortable table, but no cradle for your head, just a slit in the table. Clean table shower. Warm water. Comfortable ambient temperature.

After a very thorough and exciting TS, I too had the no oil / lotion massage. I was surprised that she massaged me through the towel. Very good massage, but not fantastic. Definitely worthwhile, just not quite CMT level. However, it is the teasing and ST that will leave you almost begging for the flip. Once I turned over, it was absolutely blissful. Sara's sensuous, soft skin is divine.

Sara speaks good English and can carry on a nice conversation if you want. And she is the kind of lady who will work with you once she feels safe and comfortable. So if she gets hung up asking you a lot a questions early on, just be patient and answer them. It will be worth it.

I hope she sticks around for a while because I plan to become one of her "regulars".

I went by Monday and it is closed, as in empty and gone. I tried their phone number and hung up after 8 rings. A short time later, I received a text saying sorry for missing your call and explained that the landlord no longer wanted a massage place in his building. They are looking for another location in Gainesville or nearby. I requested they not text again. .

This is a good example of why you should use a BURNER PHONE for any communication. ....to ever avoid an embarrassing situations. I talk from experience.

Aside from this example, though, I've not heard of any AMPs trying to sabotage one another.

Went to try this place out the other day. Decent massage with no bonus or ts. Great price for a legit massage though.

The place is a second floor location with narrow halls. The smell is unremarkable, but the place is dark.

When I got to the door I was greeted by an older Chinese woman who ushered me into a room and brought a "young" girl in for the massage.

This girl was probably in her mid 40's, looks were about a 5. Little English, little trouble communicating.

Try #6 Andy. I have been a few times since my first visit early in the summer and the service keeps getting better and better. They seem to be pretty skeptical, but offer excellent service for regulars.

I visited the (R&M) spa located in the Gardner Park business area off US-29 south bound, the mamasan introduced me to a nice looking gal named Miam or something close, although her English is good I could not grasp her name, I'm guessing her to be late 20's early 30's, nice average figure around 5'4", I inquired on TS, she stated no table only stand-up so I declined (I thought I saw a TS with blue liner in the first door to the left as you enter), decent (requested hard) medium massage for first 30 minutes to flip, a little OTC roaming allowed, UTC denied, otherwise standard NOVA, I received 50 minutes of the requested hour, close enough but noted, unsure of number of gals there this day, in the past I have seen three plus the mamasan, not busy during either visit, . 7 house plus. 4 tip, she laughed at my tip and looked at me like it wasn't enough, but I did not offer more, rather gave her a hug said thank you and departed, a pleasant variance to my rotation.

Review of Franconia Wellness (FW).

EXTERIOR.

Surrounding Area: There are at least five similar business establishments within one mile of the nearby DMV office. This one is within a 1- and 2-story condo complex.

There are other offices in the surrounding buildings and gas stations and good to very good restaurants nearby.

Parking: Daytime and Evening parking readily available.

Safety / Privacy: The parking lot is fairly well lit and trees mask at least part of the lot from the main road.

Entrance: External door leads to stairway. Internal door at top of stairs with doorbell and fairly standard video security.

INTERIOR.

Age / Condition: Well maintained. Small, private studios for the massage technicians.

Cleanliness: Spotless.

HVAC: Functional / comfortable.

ARRIVAL.

Day & Time: Weekday lunchtime visit.

Appointment: Walk-ins, but call-ahead appointments are preferred.

Door Wait: very short – but there have been times of meeting people going down the stairs as I ascended (but not this time).

Greeting: MMS (very, very nice lady) answered promptly and escorted me to therapy room.

AMENITIES.

Waiting Area: No formal waiting area once you enter the inner spa hallway.

Shower: nothing fancy – fairly standard set-up – water warm. No complaint – but if anyone is paying attention, the table is a bit weathered – a new one would be nice.

Bathroom: Nearby – standard size for an office type place (not used this visit).

ROOM.

Privacy: private rooms, a bit on the small side compared to other nearby places. I was only client at the time, so did not notice any noise.

Table: standard sized – (a larger table would be nice). Sufficient for massage with hole for face.

Sheets & Towels: The sheets and towels were clean – I noted all were in the process of being changed as I was leaving.

Lighting: standard dimmer. No windows.

Music: something was playing from somewhere – did not distract / call attention to itself.

SESSION.

Wait Time: None – I was a scheduled appointment and seen on-time.

Massage Technician: Tiny Kaye – cute, very small, could not have weighed more than 100 pounds – but strong hands and forearms.

Massage Experience:

TS was appropriately thorough but not extended.

Massage was medium (my request) but she has strength for deep tissue. Hit all the muscles from head to toe (including the toes). She used a "lomi-lomi" technique with her forearms to work my back muscles and legs. Ceiling bar used when she walked on my back.

Afterwork. Massage continued until the full hour had passed.

Session Length: I received the full hour and was not rushed in any way.

Clean-Up: Hot washcloth, used gently.

Tip: Standard happily accepted.

OVERALL.

I will return when in the area.

Based on the previous posts, I visited Barnie earlier this week. Called ahead of time to prevent any delays once getting there. As posted before, it's a great experience. It's all personal preference, but I found Sara to be very attractive with a great body. The TS was excellent, great water temperature and good attention to all parts. As it was my first time there, went through the usual "was here a while back" deal, she asked a few questions and once she was comfortable, the TS became more "hands on". Her massage was pretty damn good, did a bit of back walking and it actually felt very relaxing. At the flip, the question was popped and since it was my first time there, I didn't push for anything more than standard nova, but she allowed generous roaming, a little nursing and just a bit of playing with the kitty. Her ending technique was pretty amazing, it felt as if she was doing BBBJ, blew shortly after, got cleaned up and got a hug and water. I'm definitely coming back, she'll be in my AMP rotation for sure. Damage was 1. 6.

Saw her last week, enjoyable experience. Great table shower, and (as others have noted here) massage without any sort of lotion or oil, which is what she prefers. A different sort of experience, and bonus -- didn't have to worry about any unusual odors from the lotion for the rest of the day. Sara is cute if not gorgeous, but her body is tight and firm, and her rear end is especially nice.

Great, upgraded finish was a nice surprise.

Location is buried in the back of an office park, super private and unobtrusive. Virtually no chance of being spotted on the way in or out. I will repeat.

Gave this one a whirl based on board traffic. Strong recommend, she's older but still petite and pretty nice legs. She does a very strong massage if that's what you're looking for and no complaints on the finish (details by PM for seniors). She spent a lot of time asking me how I knew about her. I mumbled through my usual I've been here before saw you and got your name routine but she kept asking. Finally settled in and gave good back walk, really tired herself out.

She mentioned several times after that she wasn't very busy and really wanted me to send along some good work friends. Enter you animals. It's in an office park and some effort to figure out which suite but that just means very private. I'll be back.

Curious to who the new provider is. I've seen 3 ladies there, Giovanna, Lia, and of course Sandra. All 3 are smoking hot.

Gio is a brunette, dark wavy hair and doesn't go above the Nova standard.

Lia has light blonde hair usually tied in a ponytail and from my experience offers a full menu and is simply awesome.

Sandra is dirty blonde and will treat you to a dream if you treat her right.

Would like to know if you could get a name or describe the third younger provider, I'd love to know as I'm only aware of the mentioned 3 at LT.

I've never had any luck there.

Tried it a couple times and had a decent massage, but the ladies were a bit old for my taste.

Went by last Friday and today both around noonish and not sure if due to uncle or vacay even tried calling and only get leave message bit both times it's been close. Just a heads up for any mongers coming in from far as I am. More to follow I may take one last trip to hope to get one last try at Coco or Bella that were two of my favs.
