As for ED, I had been suffering a bit from this recently. First, if you're taking Beta-blockers for high BP, try to switch to something else. I switched to losartan and that helped as it is fairly inert when it relates to ED. Also, I got my testosterone checked and it was fine. So I did a bit more research and and figured out my Nitric Oxide levels were really low, so I started taking some supplements like L-aginine and L-citrullie which have really helped.
